Exxon Agrees to Pay Partial Settlement
Exxon has agreed to pay out $383 million of the Exxon Settlement out of the $507.5 million U.S. Supreme Court decision. They will not being paying on the $70 million they are battling over and the interest that they have contested in court.Â
